Finance Manager

職務說明

▪ Review and approve daily accounting entries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards, local tax regulation and internal control requirements.
▪ Lead and manage the monthly / annual closing process and coordinate preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
▪ Oversee the accounting-related use of SAP, ensuring postings, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end procedures are executed correctly within the system.
▪ Supervise, coach, and develop accounting staff; review their work output and support their professional growth.
▪ Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and reports as requested by management.

其他條件

▪ Solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS or local GAAP) and statutory/tax compliance requirements.
▪ Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent.
▪ Experience working in a multinational company.
▪ Experience with system implementation, process re-engineering, or ERP migration projects.
