工作內容

General Finance Management is responsible for the day-to-day financial activities of the organization including:

• - Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• - Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.
• - Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.
• - Escalates any financial issues to management.
• - Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
• - Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance.
• - Presents detailed monthly financial reports to management level.
• - Other tasks requested by upper management.

- A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience is required.

- Certified public accountants (CPA) or certified financial analysts (CFA) are preferred.

Must have at least 8 years of financial planning experience.T

Level often assigned to manager of Supervisors.

Implements policy and strategy for short-term results (1 year of less), whilst influencing others outside of own job area on policies, practices and procedures. Problems are difficult to moderately complex.
