Experience: 5-7 yearsRole Summary:We are looking for a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps solutions using Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps. The candidate will be responsible for building and managing CI/CD pipelines, implementing infrastructure as code, supporting cloud environments, and driving automation and DevSecOps practices.Job Description /Responsibilities:Design, create, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.Manage and administer Azure DevOps services, including Repos, Pipelines, Boards, and related services.Implement and maintain Git repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, and code management practices.Develop automation scripts using appropriate scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or similar.Deploy, configure, and manage resources on Microsoft Azure.Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate and standardize infrastructure provisioning and configuration.Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot build and deployment issues, and ensure reliable application delivery.Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, and other stakeholders to improve deployment and release processes.Implement appropriate security and quality checks within CI/CD pipelines.Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps processes, automation, and engineering practices.Technical Skills (Mandatory):
3+ years of hands-on experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer or in a similar DevOps role.Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps services.Proven experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.Strong proficiency in Git, including branching, merging, pull requests, and branching strategies.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud environments.Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent.Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools.Good understanding of build, release, deployment, and environment management processes.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.Experience with security scanning, vulnerability assessment, and DevSecOps practices.Knowledge of integrating security and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Developer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or equivalent.Experience with monitoring, logging, and cloud automation would be an added advantage.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert or other relevant Azure certifications.
