The Opportunity
We are seeking a Lead Cloud Administrator to manage the daily administration of our SAP SuccessFactors platform, with a strong focus on release management, system optimisation, and global support.
You will work closely with NEC teams worldwide, our India-based administrators, and third-party partners to ensure smooth system operations, rapid resolution of issues, and continuous improvement of our HR technology landscape.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily administration and approved configuration changes in SAP SuccessFactors
- Lead the bi-annual SAP release process in partnership with the Cloud System Manager
- Manage defects and issues raised by users, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with the India-based admin team and external service providers
- Maintain system security roles and compliance within the design framework
- Support local administrators globally with complex issues
- Partner with integration teams to ensure stable environments and error-free interfaces
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration and process support
- Knowledge of cloud release management and HR/talent processes
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (desirable)
- Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Experience with UKG Document Management is desirable and an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Ability to speak Mandarin, Spanish, or Portuguese is an advantage but not essential
