The Opportunity

We are seeking a Global HR Change & Enablement Lead to drive and manage change initiatives across all regions and business units. This role is critical in ensuring the successful adoption of new HR processes, system enhancements, and organisational structures.

As part of the Global HR Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will work closely with various HR pillars, regional HR teams, and business leaders to develop and execute change management strategies that minimise resistance and maximise employee engagement. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to drive successful adoption of HR initiatives.
  • Conduct change impact analyses, assess organisational readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Integrate change management activities into broader project plans and HR transformation programs.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project teams, HR, and business leaders.
  • Create toolkits and awareness campaigns to build change capability across the organisation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change, developing mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with the comms lead to develop and execute engaging communication plans.
  • Design and implement training programs to support change adoption and knowledge transfer.
  • Provide regular reports and playbacks on change management progress, impact, and outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in change management and transformation, ideally in a global HR environment.
  • Strong knowledge of change methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cultures and geographies.
  • Ability to develop and implement change strategies that drive adoption and business impact.
  • Experience in HR process and system changes, including digital transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure change effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Experience in developing training and enablement programs to build change capability.
  • Passion for employee experience and engagement in times of transformation.
