The Opportunity

We are seeking a Cloud System Manager to lead the implementation, optimisation, and maintenance of our SAP SuccessFactors HRIS platform. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring our HR systems meet global business needs, enhance employee experience, and provide accurate, insightful data to drive decision-making.
You will lead configuration, manage releases, ensure compliance and security, and work collaboratively with teams across NEC to continuously improve our HR processes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Employee Central)
• Provide ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and support
• Manage the monthly change process and bi-annual release cycles
• Optimise HR processes to improve efficiency and user experience
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain robust data security
• Oversee data accuracy, migration, and integration with other systems
• Partner with reporting teams to deliver actionable HR analytics

What You’ll Bring

• Strong proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules and ServiceNow ticketing
• Experience in configuration, integration, and cloud-based SaaS platforms
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications (desirable)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills
• Experience managing projects in a global, cross-functional environment
• Ability to work collaboratively across cultures and time zones
• Ability to speak Mandarin, Spanish, or Portuguese is an advantage but not essential
