Key role in developing the IT-side delivery risk assessment as well as in building and maintaining the valued relationships with internal stakeholders during the pre-sales and delivery stages.

As a vital and key member of the team, you will assume a critical role of growing the practice by leading and providing technology-related advisory which includes providing guidance and directions, and knowledge sharing to the pre-sales team during opportunity management (to ensure risks are mitigated and drive opportunity development) and to project team to facilitate the successful delivery of services to our clients. Work closely with the relevant project teams to mitigate risk/issue as early as possible, and interface with project sponsors to resolve key issues and incidents escalated by internal project team as well as clients. Deliver high level of customer satisfaction by working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project within timeline and within budget.

Specialisation Description

General Program Management Office (PMO) is accountable for providing central expertise, support, and control for an organization's projects/programs including:

  • Developing program/project management best practices/templates and providing training/mentoring to project teams
  • Monitoring dependencies across multiple inter-related projects
  • Gathering and reporting consolidated project status and financial information to leadership
  • In some organizations may serve as a central governing body to review/audit adherence to methodologies, budgets, and timing
  • In some organizations may provide full staffing and management for the organization's major projects/programs

Level Description

Fully proficient and mostly independent individual contributor. A recognized subject matter expert in job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Works on large projects to achieve operational targets with a significant impact on function / sub-function results. May be responsible for setting day-to-day operational objectives for the team, as well as may direct workflow to other team members. Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex.

  • Possess good business acumen and leading the efforts in IT and technology risk discussions to drive business development opportunities

  • Possess in-depth technical capabilities, practical experience and professional knowledge in technology risks, processes, and controls, including the ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge and understanding of complex IT audit areas, and apply it in the delivery of services

  • Manage the project execution team in performing fieldwork and be responsible for the timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables, including reviewing written reports and support the successful delivery of projects

  • Lead and discuss client issues and challenges with senior stakeholders and provide recommendations based on analysis and experience

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
