IT Consultant

This position to provide in-house IT service operations and project execution on global basis, and to be responsible for executing the day-to-day activities in the project account and also delivering system operation with monitoring Service Level Agreement’s (SLA) requirements so as to ensure the contractual requirements level is met. This position will maintain long term healthy relationships across all corporate ITs on globe, acting as the bridge between users and each system owners.

• Lead and drive projects implementation and service delivery
• Act as the point of contact for the account, responsible for service delivery and prioritization of work requests
• Communicate with key holders in Japan and Overseas ITs to define, prioritize, and develop projects and to provide daily operational support
• Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards
• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification
• Monitor and ensure SLAs are met, issues escalated and prioritized
• Identify operational gaps and drive to ensure closure, both internally and externally
• Provide the system owners with relevant reporting and trend analysis statistics to pro-actively support and improve service level
• Maintain long term healthy relationships across global corporate ITs, acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams
• Participate in IT infra and network upgrading ad-hoc projects
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science, Business IT or other relevant disciplines
• At least 1 years of IT/Network operation experiences
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve network problems
• Ability to work with users of different level and nationality
• Be conversant in English and Japanese, and possesses good working attitude and disposition, Japanese language skill to be required more than JLPT N1
• Able to work independently & effectively with team
• Able to think creatively and work under pressure
• Require to travel at least once per year or as and when it is needed.
