About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Consulting Delivery Manager with a strong technical background to lead the delivery of Digital Identity and Vision AI solutions for our global clients.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring that our Digital ID SaaS platform and Vision AI products are implemented successfully across government and enterprise clients. You will coordinate global development and consulting teams, translate client requirements into actionable delivery plans, and ensure projects meet scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
You will work with industry-leading technologies such as NEC Corporation’s NeoFace facial recognition, iris recognition, video analytics, and digital identity platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Management
• Lead the delivery of digital identity and Vision AI solutions across multiple client engagements.
• Manage project plans, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues to maintain delivery quality and client satisfaction.
Client Engagement & Consulting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery.
• Translate client needs and business requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans.
• Provide strategic guidance on implementation of digital identity and biometrics solutions.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions with clients and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and sales teams to estimate project scope and resources, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Work with global teams in the US, Japan, and other regions to coordinate delivery efforts.
• Ensure alignment between client expectations, product capabilities, and technical feasibility.
Quality & Performance
• Define and track KPIs for delivery success and project health.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and delivery methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and client engagement strategies.

Prerequisites
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, delivery management, or project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of digital identity, biometrics, and related technologies.
• Proven experience managing multi-geography, cross-functional project teams.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical solutions to enterprise or government clients.
• Familiarity with machine learning, computer vision, and SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project lifecycle management.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Supervisory Responsibility
Supervisory responsibilities for delivery resources. Managing teams and setting Carrear paths and goals for team members. Managing Projects of different sizes and teams combining internal resources and subcontractors.
