These solutions empower industries such as banking, healthcare, retail, education, stadiums, and theme parks to enhance Customer Experience (CX) and Access Management. We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our team and drive the adoption of these innovative services in a greenfield opportunity.
Job Overview
As an Account Executive, you will be the face of NEC, building and managing relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales of our Digital ID solutions, Advanced Analytics, Managed Analytics programs, and Digital Transformation services. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, achieving sales quotas, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic, proactive, and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development (70%)

Actively prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities for NEC’s Digital ID, Data Management, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation solutions, including NEC Cloud Identity services for CX and Access Management.

Conduct face-to-face meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs, showcasing the value of NEC’s biometric and cloud-based solutions.

Achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives and sales quotas while adhering to NEC’s profitability guidelines.

Maintain accurate sales records, manage pipeline information, and prepare sales reports to support forecasting and strategic planning.

Develop and execute sales strategies for named accounts or assigned territories, identifying opportunities to bundle NEC products for maximum customer value.
- Develop a partner Eco System to work with NEC products and Services.
Customer Success and Relationship Management (20%)

Provide post-sales support to ensure seamless implementation and stable operation of NEC solutions, coordinating with internal support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Maintain regular contact with clients through phone calls and on-site visits, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Relay customer feedback and requirements to product management teams to influence future product enhancements.

Proactively introduce clients to new or improved NEC products and services to drive additional revenue opportunities.
Strategic Planning and Product Expertise (10%)

Stay current on NEC’s evolving product portfolio through training and hands-on experience, becoming a trusted advisor to clients.

Bundle multiple NEC products into comprehensive solutions to address customer needs and enhance value.

Lead sales strategy, planning, and forecasting efforts, collaborating with Sales Engineers (SE), Solutions Architects (SA), and corporate resources to execute account plans.

Manage the sales forecasting process and provide regular updates to sales management.
Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, biometrics, data analytics, or digital transformation solutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with biometric technologies, cloud-based solutions, or CX/Access Management platforms is a plus.

Skills:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.

Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills, with a focus on delivering value and satisfaction.

Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 to $130,000 on a 50/50 Base/Incentive Split plan; depending upon the selected candidate’s relevant experience, the exact salary for the role may fall outside of this range. This role will also be eligible to participate in the Company’s bonus/incentive program(s).
