About the role 

We are seeking an Infrastructure Senior Project Manager to join our friendly team on a permanent basis. We’re looking for someone with proven experience delivering infrastructure projects such as IP Telephony, Network, Service Management, Identity Management, Contact Centre, or Data Centre initiatives.

This role will suit a Project Manager who is passionate about partnering closely with customers and stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Supporting, driving and delivering end-to-end medium to large, infrastructure-based projects. 
  • Building productive customer and service provider relationships.
  • Utilising MS Project and similar project tools.
  • Working effectively with industry partners and third-party ICT suppliers.
  • Managing relevant issues, risks and changes within the project
  • Planning, scheduling and controlling, Implementing and directing the resources, people, funding and facilities to achieve the client’s objectives.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies – Prince 2/Agile/PMBOK

 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage projects end‑to‑end, ensuring clear definition, thorough documentation, and successful delivery of all project stages.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor realistic project and quality plans, providing accurate and timely updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Consult closely with stakeholders to ensure objectives, requirements, and expectations are fully understood and met at each phase of the project.
  • Maintain consistent communication with project team members, proactively identifying risks or issues and recommending effective solutions.
  • Provide strong leadership to the project team, addressing performance concerns promptly and keeping delivery on track.
  • Promote open, transparent communication between stakeholders, using feedback to support continuous improvement and future changes across services, products, and systems.
  • To succeed in this role, you will bring exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive working relationships at all levels of a complex organisation.
