About the role

Join our team as a Project Coordinator based in Perth. In this role, you will support a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager, ensuring effective coordination of project activities, including administration, reporting, and asset management.

 

You will contribute to the smooth delivery of ICT projects by assisting with governance processes, maintaining project documentation, and supporting the tracking and management of project assets and resources. This role offers strong development opportunities, with a pathway to managing smaller projects as your experience grows.

 

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in Project Coordination or Administration roles, with exposure to financial processes such as billing and reporting.
  • Experience supporting ICT project delivery, including coordination of resources and equipment.
  • Understanding of asset and equipment management within project environments, including tracking, allocation, and reporting.
  • Exposure to reporting systems, business processes, and project governance frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to support requirement gathering and coordination activities.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK.

 

About the role

  • Coordinate core project administration activities, including supporting financial processes (billing, reporting, forecasting) and maintaining project records.
  • Support asset management processes, including tracking, allocation, lifecycle updates, and reconciliation of project equipment and assets.
  • Liaise with Program and Project Managers to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and project status updates.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues as required.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for project stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and asset registers.
  • Support the use of project management tools to track activities, resources, and project status.
  • Contribute to the delivery of smaller ICT projects once established in the role.
