General Project Management

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic Project Manager to join our team and take the lead on exciting engagements across ICT infrastructure projects (Networks, Switches, Firewalls etc.) and transition into Service Management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders, and you have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Manage and deliver end-to-end, medium to large-scale infrastructure projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and service providers
• Use MS Project and similar tools to plan, track, and deliver projects
• Work effectively with industry partners and third-party ICT suppliers
• Manage project issues, risks, and changes to keep everything on track
• Oversee deliverables, budgets, schedules and resources to achieve project goals
• Apply project management methodologies like PRINCE2, Agile, and PMBOK

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate these skills:

• Proven experience managing ICT infrastructure projects – with highly satisfied customers and stakeholders. 
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills – you know how to engage stakeholders and keep teams aligned.
• Strong leadership – you can drive project teams, take action when needed and escalate when warranted.
• Strategic problem-solving – you’re great at identifying and managing risks, issues and finding solutions.
• A passion for technology and a drive to create real impact – delivering great outcomes for customers.
• Great culture in the team environment – leading high-performing teams to achieve great results.
