Responsibilities: The Program Manager would be responsible for managing the operation of the Help Desk, Service Desk and managed services (primarily L1, L2). Candidate must have proven background in service transition and service delivery, globally with desk size over 100+ FTE. Exceptional Senior-stakeholder and Vendor management skills; managing expectations and identifying high-level objectives, well versed in ITIL framework. Drive quantifiable operational efficiency in service delivery utilizing automation and frameworks
Prerequisites:

• Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12+ years
• Desirable qualities:
- Total minimum professional working experience of 15 - 20 years in the managed services domain
- Hands on experience of ServiceNow, Manage engine and other ITSM tools
- Experience in running managed services domain would be added advantage
- Experience in implementing automation in Service Desk would be added advantage
- Full time BE/ B.TECH/ MCA from a reputed institute
- Certification: ITIL V4
Base Location: Noida, but flexible to travel
Specialization Description
Technical Project Management requires specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a technical process or project including:
- Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
- Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables
- Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
- On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverablesSpecialization Match Note: Para-Professional incumbents update/maintain project schedules and associated resource plans and prepares progress reports. Para-Professional support may be in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment supporting multiple IT Projects.
