Role Summary: This resource will report to the Cloud Service Manager/Leader and is focused on the execution of the system configuration changes as required by the Digital HR CoE team for their planned and ad-hoc HR IT platform changes, with a particular emphasis on SuccessFactors Recruitment and onboarding module
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Digital HR CoE lead for the day-to-day administration of the SuccessFactors system managing approved changes, dealing with defects and issues.
- Under the guide of the Cloud Service Manager, partner with Global HR Business Process Owners and HR SME community to design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration and release management meeting overall business requirements.
- Engage with the Regional Lead Superusers to ensure issues they cannot resolve locally are dealt with in a timely manner
- Work with the SuccessFactors Security Lead to manage SuccessFactors security role approvals in line with the design framework and and communicate any agreed changes to the security settings for roles associated with Recruitment & Onboarding.
- Manage SF inbound and outbound interfaces and ensure any interface errors are fixed with impact to downstream processes
- Ensure access requests process to NEC HR IT systems is robust and compliant with IT policies
Collaborate, support and contribute to the development of HR Systems & Service team through recommending and setting up best practice approaches to SuccessFactors product management.
Prerequisites:
- Minimum experience required 6 to 11 years
- Minimum 4 years of sap success factors experience in Recruitment and Onboarding Modules
- Good experience in global recruitment process
- Excellent knowledge of multi-country Implementation
- Good knowledge on other success factor modules
- Good knowledge of Cloud release management and administrator requirements
- Business knowledge of HR and Talent management processes
- Experience of solving defects and issues in SuccessFactors raised by the users
- Understanding of how the security framework within SuccessFactors works
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking to prioritize daily assignments as well as ongoing projects
