Minimum Qualifications: Graduation, CA/MBA or equivalent and SAP certified professional preferable in FICO.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP professional to lead large-scale SAP programs, drive pre-sales initiatives, and manage end-to-end project delivery with team. The role requires deep expertise specially in SAP S/4HANA & Grow with SAP, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing complex SAP Implementation & digital transformation projects across Industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead program management for multiple SAP projects (Domestic & Global), ensuring alignment with business goals and successful execution.
  • Drive pre-sales activities, including solutioning, client presentations, effort estimation, and proposal development for SAP project assignments.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for:
    • SAP S/4HANA / Grow with SAP Implementations
    • SAP S/4HANA Conversions/Migrations/AMS
    • SAP FICO Implementations  
    • Support & enhancement projects
  • Oversees project planning, execution, risk management, and governance to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and performance.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP FICO processes across multiple industries.
  • Drive business process mapping, requirements gathering, and gap analysis for new business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps and ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Required / Must Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling)
  • Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA & Grow with SAP implementations and conversions/Migration for domestic & Global customers
  • Proven experience in program and project management
  • Hands-on experience in pre-sales and solutioning
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping and gap analysis
  • Experience working across multiple industries
  • Experience in managing project team size (at least 20+)
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, customer management and communication skills

Preferred / Good to have skills:

  • SAP certification in FICO OR S/4HANA
  • Experience with SAP Concur
  • Exposure to global delivery models and large enterprise clients.
  • PMP / Prince2 or equivalent project management certification

 

Specialization Description
