Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution
- Manage end-to-end execution of projects from initiation to closure
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to defined scope, schedule, and quality standards
2. Coordination & Communication
- Act as a single point of coordination between internal teams, clients, and partners
- Conduct regular review meetings and track action items
- Ensure timely communication of updates, risks, and dependencies
3. Progress Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor project progress against milestones and KPIs
- Prepare daily/weekly status reports and presentations
- Maintain dashboards for real-time tracking of project status
4. Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks proactively
- Track and resolve issues in coordination with relevant teams
- Escalate critical risks to management with mitigation plans
5. Documentation & Governance
- Maintain project documentation including requirements, MoMs, and approvals
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and standards
- Support audit and review requirements
6. Stakeholder Management
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks

- Qualification –Bachelor’s with 5 years of Experience
- Location: Delhi & NCR

General Program Management Office (PMO) is accountable for providing central expertise, support, and control for an organization's projects/programs including:
- Developing program/project management best practices/templates and providing training/mentoring to project teams
- Monitoring dependencies across multiple inter-related projects
- Gathering and reporting consolidated project status and financial information to leadership
- In some organizations may serve as a central governing body to review/audit adherence to methodologies, budgets, and timing
- In some organizations may provide full staffing and management for the organization's major projects/programs
