Job Title – Senior Executive

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution

  • Manage end-to-end execution of projects from initiation to closure
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ensure adherence to defined scope, schedule, and quality standards

 

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a single point of coordination between internal teams, clients, and partners
  • Conduct regular review meetings and track action items
  • Ensure timely communication of updates, risks, and dependencies

 

3. Progress Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor project progress against milestones and KPIs
  • Prepare daily/weekly status reports and presentations
  • Maintain dashboards for real-time tracking of project status

 

4. Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify potential risks and bottlenecks proactively
  • Track and resolve issues in coordination with relevant teams
  • Escalate critical risks to management with mitigation plans

 

5. Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain project documentation including requirements, MoMs, and approvals
  • Ensure compliance with organizational processes and standards
  • Support audit and review requirements

 

6. Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks

  1. Qualification –Bachelor’s with 5 years of Experience

General Program Management Office (PMO) is accountable for providing central expertise, support, and control for an organization's projects/programs including:

  • Developing program/project management best practices/templates and providing training/mentoring to project teams
  • Monitoring dependencies across multiple inter-related projects
  • Gathering and reporting consolidated project status and financial information to leadership
  • In some organizations may serve as a central governing body to review/audit adherence to methodologies, budgets, and timing
  • In some organizations may provide full staffing and management for the organization's major projects/programs
