Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive to join our business unit for sales back office operation and support Sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing administrative, operational, and customer support to the sales team. The role ensures smooth coordination between internal departments, accurate documentation, timely order processing, and excellent customer communication to help achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing & Documentation
- Manage end‑to‑end sales order processing in the system (ERP/CRM).
- Prepare quotations, sales invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, and related documents.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, product codes, tax structure, and commercial terms.
- Maintain updated records of orders, shipments, payments, and customer communication.
2. Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales team for order updates, stock availability, lead status, and customer requirements.
- Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order dispatch and billing.
- Track pending orders, delayed shipments, and follow up for timely closures.
3. Customer Support
- Respond to customer queries related to orders, invoices, deliveries, and general service issues.
- Share order status, dispatch details, and resolution updates with customers promptly.
- Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with customers.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance vs. targets.
- Maintain dashboards for orders, customer complaints, inventory, and billing status.
5. Administrative Tasks
- Maintain the sales database and ensure accuracy of customer data.
- Assist the sales team with documentation for tenders, RFPs, contracts, or agreements.
- Support the sales team during audits, compliance checks, or internal reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Back Office / Customer Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM/ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.

- May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects)
