Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Project Planning & Execution:
    • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Define project objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  2. Team Leadership & Coordination:
    • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
    • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members.
  3. Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Communicate program updates, risks, and progress reports to stakeholders regularly.
  4. Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and address issues proactively to minimize program disruptions.
  1. Budget & Resource Management:
  • Monitor program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Coordinate procurement and allocation of required tools, equipment, and materials.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that program deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct post-program evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  1. Technology & Compliance:
  • Utilize program management tools and methodologies for efficient tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

 

Education and Certifications:                                                 

    • Mandatory – Bachelor's degree (B.Tech /B.E.)
    • Desirable – Masters degree in Business Administration/ Computer Science /Project Mgmt

Technical Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of program management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as MS Office, project tracking software, and engineering or IT systems.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Work Experience:

10-15 years of relevant experience

Specialization Description

Data Science/Big Data Mining work includes:

  • Creating data mining architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets
  • Analysis may be applied to various areas of the business (e.g., Market Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing/Advertising, Scientific Research, etc.)
  • Researching and applying knowledge of existing and emerging data science principles, theories, and techniques to inform business decisions
  • At higher career levels, may conduct scientific research projects with the goal of breaking new ground in data analyticsSpecialization Match Note: Machine Learning techniques may be used to solve business problems and/or derive actionable business insights.
