Job Title: Partner & Enterprise Sales Manager – Digital Identity, IAM & Biometric Solutions

Reporting Relationship:  BU Head

 

Role Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing Partner & Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue across channel partners and large enterprise customers for our Digital Identity, Decentralized Identifiers (DID), Verifiable Credentials, Identity Cloud Services, IAM/IAS, Access Control, Biometric & Facial Recognition solutions. Additionally experience in Business Intelligence (BI), Data Warehousing, and Analytics solutions. The role involves building client relationships, identifying data-led transformation opportunities, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling of BI, data warehouse, and analytics platforms across industries. The ideal candidate brings strong domain knowledge, proven sales expertise, and experience in scaling partner ecosystems.

 

Responsibilities:

Partner Sales

  • Identify, onboard, and grow channel partners, SIs, OEMs, and distributors.
  • Run joint GTM campaigns, partner enablement, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive pipeline creation and partner-led revenue across biometric and digital identity offerings.

Enterprise Sales

  • Lead Partner/Enterprise sales in BFSI, Enterprise, Manufacturing & Retail.
  • Position and sell enterprise-grade solutions:
    • Decentralized Identifier (DID) & Verifiable Credentials
    • Digital ID & Identity Cloud
    • IAM / Identity Access Services (IAS)
    • Facial Recognition, Biometric Authentication
    • Access Control & AI-based Surveillance
  • Position BI and data warehouse solutions as business enablers (decision-making, performance management, regulatory reporting, etc.)
  • Manage complex solution sales cycles, PoCs, RFP responses, and enterprise accounts.

 

Solution & Market Leadership

  • Understand security, authentication, and identity technology trends.
  • Work closely with pre-sales to deliver demos, workshops, and partner training.
  • Analyze market opportunities and drive expansion into new segments.

 

Prerequisites:

 

  • Graduate / B.Tech / MBA
  • 10+ years in partner sales, enterprise sales, or identity/security technology sales.
  • Strong understanding of IAM, SSO, MFA, Digital ID, PKI, Biometrics, Facial Recognition, Vision AI.
  • Proven experience in closing large enterprise deals and driving channel revenue.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data Warehousing (ETL/ELT, data models, etc)
  • BI & Analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.

Base Location: Noida , but flexible to travel

  • Developing medium to long-range sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers
  • Identifying and managing interactions with assigned group of existing customers to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunities
  • Resolving problems and ensuring customers receive high quality customer service
  • Developing client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts
  • Reviewing and reporting on customer retention, business opportunity and market trends Incumbents in this specialization may be selling directly to the ultimate purchaser or indirectly through channel partners. Incumbents matching to this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets.
