Role Summary:
Project & Program Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects and programs within the organization. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. The incumbent plays a key role in managing project lifecycles, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with quality and governance standards.
•Expertise in AI/ML is Must. With experience in at-least 2 AI/ML projects.
•API Integrations System - Connectivity & Standardizations Business Alignment
oAssist in integrating RESTful APIs for seamless logistics data exchange across platforms.
oCollaborate with development teams to validate, test, and document APIs for stakeholders.
oSupport the design and implementation of standardized API endpoints aligned with ULIP architecture for secure and scalable data sharing
•Digital Gateways - Secure Access & Transmission Management
oSupport the setup, configuration, and monitoring of secure digital gateways ensuring authenticated and encrypted data flows.
oParticipate in implementing robust access control mechanisms, including authentication protocols and token-based authorization.
oTrack gateway performance and uptime to ensure consistent and reliable data exchange between systems.
•Portals and Dashboards User Experience & Insight Delivery
oContribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of user-facing portals for LDB and ULIP platforms.
oAssist in UI/UX improvements to elevate user engagement and system usability.
oGather and analyze user feedback to recommend actionable technical enhancements and feature optimizations.
Specialization Description
Data Science/Big Data Mining work includes:
- Creating data mining architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets
- Analysis may be applied to various areas of the business (e.g., Market Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing/Advertising, Scientific Research, etc.)
- Researching and applying knowledge of existing and emerging data science principles, theories, and techniques to inform business decisions
- At higher career levels, may conduct scientific research projects with the goal of breaking new ground in data analyticsSpecialization Match Note: Machine Learning techniques may be used to solve business problems and/or derive actionable business insights.
