Job Title – Trainee

Reporting Relationship: Senior Manager 

Role Summary : 

• Oversee day-to-day project Operations & Maintenance of RFID Equipment, LED, LAN, Passive Cabling Etc. • Basic understanding of networks and ability to work under pressure. 
• Basic understanding of RFID Technologies (Radio Frequency Identification) 
• Working knowledge of Operating systems and MS Office etc. 
• Strong oral and written communications skills. 
• Ensure that all Field works are accomplished in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and project requirements. 
• Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and processes. 
• Work closely with implementation team at client side and resolve implementation the issues if any. 
• Create and maintain deployment plan and reports 
• Must have ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities, while maintaining a high level of quality service and professionalism 
• Check and verify operational reports, handle questions or concerns of project requirement shortages or overages and address problems with inventory control. 
• People management & Team Engagement: conducting daily review, setting and monitoring targets and reporting
