Job Title: Trainee

Requirements:
Trainee will be assigned to some project along with a team and will work closely with a team of experienced developers and participate in all phases of software development lifecycle
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn to write clean, efficient code based on company standards
- Collaborate with team members on projects, including planning, development, testing, and deployment
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software systems
- Learn to document development phases and monitor systems
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team growth and improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or currently pursuing degree)
- Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and basic knowledge of software development processes
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
