Summary:
A workable performance management system (PMS) streamlines evaluations by combining automated review cycles, 360-degree feedback, and goal-tracking in one platform. It enables HR interns to coordinate SMART goals, mid-year check-ins, and performance dashboards efficiently, driving continuous employee growth without administrative bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the progress of review cycles and support in PMS activities.
- Export and format performance analytics data into actionable reports for HR leadership.
- Post clear understanding, act as point of contact for employees or managers experiencing technical issues or needing clarification in GSF.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with or quick adaptability to HRIS.
- Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail when managing deadlines.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, for guiding staff through appraisal steps.
- Basic understanding of confidentiality and data privacy.
