Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with 0-1 year of development experience with Java and Spring skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely deliveries of assigned tasks keeping the quality standard high, support in reviews and technical guidance to other team members.
Job Description /Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE development framework.
- Working experience in developing applications in Java and Spring technologies.
- Experience performing Unit testing/functional testing of Java code.
- Able to create and understand designs.
- Excellent troubleshooting and resolution skill through debugging the application.
- Good knowledge on coding guidelines/checklists, review etc.
- Good knowledge on Oracle database.
- Hands-on experience of Eclipse IDE.
- Self-learner, willing to experiment with latest tools & technologies.
- Experience in Waterfall/Agile development.
- Knowledge of BFSI domain is preferred.
- Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Able to support others on technical issues.
Technical Skills:
- Java/J2EE, Spring.
- Postgress/Oracle database.
- Windows OS. SVN, JIRA, Winmerge.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in communicating complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player, willing to take responsibility and contribute.
- Self-driven who can prioritize and deliver the tasks without monitoring and follow-ups.

Specialization Description
General IT Applications Development includes analysis, programming, and configuration of end user applications and/or systems software including:
- Analyzing detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the application
- Coding internally developed applications and/or configuring commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using programming, scripting, and database languages
- Supporting application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements
