Role Summary
The MIS (Management Information System) Coordinator is responsible for collecting, managing, and reporting organizational data to support effective decision-making. The role ensures accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of operational and management reports, dashboards, and insights across departments. The MIS Coordinator acts as a bridge between data sources and stakeholders, enabling leadership to monitor performance, identify trends, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Collect and validate data from different departments/systems.
• Analyze business performance trends and generate insights.
• Create dashboards, charts, and presentations for reporting.
• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Automate reports using Excel formulas, macros, or BI tools.
• Support sales, finance, operations with required data gathering.
• Identify discrepancies in data and resolve reporting issues.
Required Skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
Prerequisites
Graduate with 2-5 Years of experience in above relevant
