Role Summary
An experienced professional responsible for leading government business operations, project execution, and strategic growth initiatives across ICT and infrastructure domains. The role focuses on managing large-scale Data Centre, Networking, Surveillance, and Cloud projects while ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and revenue growth. The position requires strong collaboration with sales, finance, technical, and partner teams to drive business performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution and management of ICT, Data Centre, Networking, and Surveillance projects for government and enterprise customers.
- Drive business growth through opportunity identification, tender analysis, bid management, and proposal development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, delivery partners, and OEMs to improve forecasting, commercial negotiations, and project outcomes.
- Prepare executive dashboards, MIS reports, compliance documents, and business presentations for leadership reviews.
- Manage vendor relationships, customer communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Support solution architecture, pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and strategic planning for business expansion.

Prerequisites

- 15+ years of experience in ICT infrastructure, project management, and government business operations.
- Strong knowledge of Data Centre technologies, networking, cloud infrastructure, and surveillance solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, presentations, tender platforms, and stakeholder management.

Technical Project Management requires specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a technical process or project including:
- Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
