Role Summary:
Project & Program Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects and programs within the organization. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. The incumbent plays a key role in managing project lifecycles, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with quality and governance standards.
- API Integrations System - Connectivity & Standardizations Business Alignment
- Assist in integrating RESTful APIs for seamless logistics data exchange across platforms.
- Collaborate with development teams to validate, test, and document APIs for stakeholders.
- Support the design and implementation of standardized API endpoints aligned with ULIP architecture for secure and scalable data sharing
- Digital Gateways - Secure Access & Transmission Management
- Support the setup, configuration, and monitoring of secure digital gateways ensuring authenticated and encrypted data flows.
- Participate in implementing robust access control mechanisms, including authentication protocols and token-based authorization.
- Track gateway performance and uptime to ensure consistent and reliable data exchange between systems.
- Portals and Dashboards User Experience & Insight Delivery
- Contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of user-facing portals for LDB and ULIP platforms.
- Assist in UI/UX improvements to elevate user engagement and system usability.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to recommend actionable technical enhancements and feature optimizations.
Specialization Description
Responsible for overseeing the execution of an information systems solution in accordance with client’s contractually established terms and conditions. Manages technical/service relationship between the outsourcing providers and the client and/or subcontractors/vendors. Monitors project implementation to ensure project/program complies with the project’s schedule, budget, quality standards and client’s requirements. Performs post-implementation project reviews for an assessment on project achievements/results. Works with the client management team to achieve customer satisfaction & retention and to build the business further
