Job Title: Trainee - GenAI

Requirements:

Trainees will work at the cutting edge of artificial intelligence and will support the team in building AI-powered prototypes, experimenting with Large Language Models, and ensuring that our AI solutions are well-documented and rigorously tested. This role requires a blend of Python programming, AI/ML theory, and a solid understanding of software engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in building "Proof of Concepts" using AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and OpenAI/Anthropic/Open-Source APIs.
2. Design, test, and refine prompts to improve the accuracy and reliability of AI model outputs.
3. Develop PowerPoint decks that showcase AI capabilities, architecture diagrams, and the ROI of AI solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ IT/Electronics, Engineering or related field (or currently pursuing degree)
2. Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and basic knowledge of software development processes
3. Strong foundation in Python (Libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
4. AI/ML concepts.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
