About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as [Apprentice]. You will work closely with experienced team members and gain hands-on exposure to professional workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team in day-to-day tasks including :
- Assist in refactoring and migrating existing Java and Python services.
- Develop and maintain backend logic using Java and Python (working on Django).
- Work with PostgreSQL to manage data schema changes and optimize queries during the migration process.
- Implement and troubleshoot 3rd party integrations including external libraries, tools, and payment systems.
- Support in developing, testing, and maintaining [software]
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving discussions
- Document work processes, learn internal tools, and follow standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs
- Stay proactive in learning, taking feedback, and improving skills continuously
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of [Java, Python, Django, AWS etc]
- Decent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of [Java, Python, Django, HTML BootStrap, AWS etc]
- Basic knowledge of [Eclipse, VSCode, Copilot, SQLClient]
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn new concepts and adapt to new technologies
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Internship or academic project experience in [GenAI, DevOps]
