About the Role
Step into a high-impact leadership role where you will be the primary interface between NEC and key enterprise customers, driving service excellence, strategic growth, and long-term partnerships.
Managing large, complex accounts ($5M+ revenue), you’ll own end-to-end service delivery performance while shaping account strategy, influencing stakeholders, and unlocking new opportunities across managed services.
This is a commercially focused, customer-facing leadership role where you will drive continuous improvement, ensure SLA performance, and align NEC services with your customer’s evolving technology strategy.
What you’ll be doing

Lead service delivery across complex managed services environments, ensuring SLA performance and customer satisfaction

Develop and execute account strategy, driving growth through cross-sell, upsell, and pipeline development

Build trusted customer relationships, engaging senior stakeholders and aligning to business objectives

Own contract performance, including scope management, risk mitigation, and service optimisation

Drive financial outcomes, managing P&L, revenue growth, and cost efficiencies across accounts

Contribute to solution design, supporting bids, service enhancements, and strategic service evolution
What you’ll bring

3–5+ years’ experience in IT managed services / service delivery leadership roles

Proven experience managing large, complex customer accounts and escalations

Strong commercial acumen, including P&L ownership and financial performance management

Experience managing managed services contracts and navigating contract variations

Ability to engage and influence technical, operational, and executive stakeholders

Understanding of ITIL, Service Management, or governance frameworks (desirable)

Confident presenting solutions, driving improvement initiatives, and shaping outcomes
