We now have an opening for an experienced Project Administrator to join our team in Canberra. The purpose of this role is to monitor and assist in the provision of specialist administrative and support our Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Provide high-level administrative support to the project team, working closely with the Project Coordinator to ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day project activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, registers, schedules, and electronic filing systems
- Support project governance processes, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions and key decisions
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project outcomes
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in project administration (highly regarded)
- Intermediate proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of online reporting systems
- Sound understanding of project management methodologies
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
