Job Title: Unpaid Intern

Organization Name: NEC Corporation of India Ltd.

Reporting Relationship:  Reporting to Group Project Manager or Technical Architect

Role Summary:

Trainee will be assigned to some project along with a team and will work closely with a team of experienced developers and participate in all phases of software development lifecycle or will be assigned to standalone POC with technical mentor. The POC will be aligned to on-going project activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Learn to write clean, efficient code based on company standards.
2. Collaborate with team members on projects, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
3. Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software systems.
4. Learn to document development phases and monitor systems.
5. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team growth and improvement.
6. Propose application of GenAI for improving productivity

Qualifications required:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics, AI  or related field (or currently pursuing degree)
2. Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and basic knowledge of software development processes
3. Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C, C#, C++, etc.)
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
6. Exposure to any one or more Gen AI framework
