Role Summary:

We are seeking an Engineering Intern to join our team and contribute to innovative cybersecurity projects. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or equivalent disciplines to gain hands-on experience in a real-world cybersecurity environment.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the cybersecurity and engineering teams to support the design, development, and implementation of security-centric solutions.
2. Contribute to PoC, documentation, testing, and validation of solutions.
3. Research and apply new tools and technologies relevant to ongoing cybersecurity projects.
4. Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability in completing assigned tasks.
5. Communicate progress and challenges clearly and proactively with mentors and team members.

Communication and Documentation:

1. Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, listening and interpersonal skills.
2. Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Excellent reporting, time management, analytical & communication skills.

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

1. Recently graduated (or final-year student) with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
3. Scripting and automation skills in languages such as Python, Bash, etc to develop MVPs and PoCs.
4. Awareness of cybersecurity frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001, and Cyber Kill Chain would be an advantage.
5. Knowledge on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure would be preferred.
