Technical Support Agent – Level 1

Responsibilities:
Provide post-sale technical customer service to business or end-consumer customers via phone, online chat, or text.
1. Support Field Technicians with installation of hardware at customer stores.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical hardware and software issues at customer stores.
3. Create part and technician dispatch work orders.
4. Actively engage in all forms of communication.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $19.95p/h - $24.52p/h with a target annual 3% bonus; depending upon the selected candidate’s relevant experience, the exact salary for the role may fall outside of this range. This role will also be eligible to participate in the Company’s bonus/incentive program(s).
