Specialisation Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure accounting compliance.
• Manage controlling, financial reporting, and variance analysis to support management decisions.
• Lead business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage cash flow, cash management, and cost accounting.
• Act as the key contact for shareholders, tax advisors, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Support corporate tax compliance and act as contact person for the Dutch Tax Authorities.
• Strengthen finance governance, support ERP implementation, and help build the finance infrastructure (including transitioning outsourced activities in-house).
• Support transfer pricing implementation, manage intercompany agreements, and collaborate closely with international finance teams (NOI and NBT).
