About the role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our team in Melbourne, providing end-to-end procurement and operational support across supplier onboarding, vendor master data governance, and transactional issue resolution.
This role sits at the intersection of procurement, finance (AP), and business stakeholders; ensuring supplier data integrity, driving compliance, and keeping purchasing operations running smoothly. You'll play a key part in maintaining a clean, accurate supplier database while supporting due diligence and risk identification activities that protect the business.
Key responsibilities

Manage supplier onboarding, maintenance, verification and periodic review processes, including vendor master data governance and integrity

Manage changes to vendor master data, purchase orders and ERP systems with appropriate approvals from Finance and Procurement

Support supplier classification and segmentation activities, ensuring suppliers are categorised appropriately for reporting, governance and risk management

Assist with maintenance of Delegation of Authority and follow up on timely expense submissions in Concur

Resolve vendor and purchase order escalations, providing procurement guidance to business units while working closely with offshore support teams

Support procurement initiatives, reporting, process improvement and stakeholder projects to drive operational efficiency and compliance
About you

Experience working within a large, global organisation

Proven experience in procurement operations and vendor coordination

Comfortable handling financial workflows (PR/PO, invoicing, reconciliation, payment terms)

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Finance/AP

Hands-on experience with procurement platforms (e.g. SAP, Concur)

Experience maintaining vendor master data within ERP systems

A sharp eye for identifying and resolving data quality issues, duplicate suppliers and record discrepancies

Exposure to supplier due diligence, supplier risk management or compliance processes

Ability to analyse procurement and supplier data for reporting and governance purposes
