Bid Lead

NEC is looking for an experienced Bid Lead to join our supportive and innovative national team.  You will be responsible for managing opportunities ranging from approximately $ 10 -$100M.

Taking opportunities from qualification through to down select, the Bid Lead ensures that all activities in the pursuit are proactively managed and present a strong, winning case to the customer.  

This role requires you to manage complex programs of work with multiple stakeholders across our business. It suits someone with a strong bid management background, and exceptional business writing and stakeholder management skills. The key to success in this role will be the ability to foster collaborative relationships.

We are looking for someone with:  

• A track record of success in previous bid management roles; preferably in ICT 
• Exemplary written and verbal communications skills  
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with demonstrated experience in managing conflicting priorities and projects.
• Ability to manage multiple bid responses in parallel, sequencing events and resources for the bid timelines.
