Work Placement Student

We at NEC are currently looking for Information Technology students, who are keen to kick-start their IT career in a part-time position. 

About the role

Learn to provide remote telephone support & software delivery for the end users. Whilst providing remote access functionality & utilising enterprise tools to deliver service to end users.

Learnt responsibilities will include.

• Provide timely and effective status updates to customers.
• Troubleshooting and maintaining PCs in a Windows environment
• Learn to support and provide Desktop/LAN and Printer troubleshooting.
• Learn to diagnose and resolve software issues.
• Work with Incident management tool, User support, User training or LAN administration.
