We’re seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our Darwin-based team on a permanent basis, responsible for maintaining and monitoring core business infrastructure and systems.
This role involves delivering technology solutions, responding to Severity 2 and 3 incidents, and supporting both service and project requests.
Responsibilities

Implement and support infrastructure technologies across a range of business systems.

Respond to and resolve Severity 2 and 3 incidents in a timely manner.

Manage service and project requests with a customer-focused approach.

Contribute to infrastructure design, implementation, and ongoing support.

Able to Participate in after-hours work, on-call roster, and project activities as required.
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for candidates with demonstrated experience across the following:
-
Experience across both Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems

Experience with Group Policy including Windows Desktop lockdowns, drive mappings and preference items

Good working knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange

Sound knowledge of NTFS security in an enterprise environment

Understanding IT Service Management concepts

Ability to apply ITIL concepts within the workplace

Understanding of Microsoft Cloud services and knowledge across Entra, Intune, Exchange Online

Ability to work in a hybrid environment, solid troubleshooting knowledge for both On-Prem and Microsoft Cloud infrastructure

Linux skillset would be advantageous
