Are you an experienced ICT Project Manager looking to lead impactful projects across diverse sectors? We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and deliver business improvement and ICT initiatives that drive operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in a variety of business improvement and ICT projects.

  • Collaborate with external technical engineers, project teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Conduct business process reviews, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Develop and manage project deliverables such as project plans, business cases, system design specifications, test plans, communication strategies, and user documentation.

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring completion within timeframes and budgets.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management, manage escalations, and address variations in project scope while mitigating risks.

  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment between project objectives and organizational priorities.

 

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing complex ICT projects.

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
