What You'll Be Doing

From day one, you'll gain exposure to cutting-edge enterprise technologies and develop practical skills that employers value. You'll learn how to:

• Deliver remote technical support to end users
• Deploy software and manage enterprise technology environments
• Troubleshoot PCs, devices, and Windows-based systems
• Support desktop, LAN, and printer environments
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
• Work with industry-standard incident management tools
• Assist with user support, training, and technology administration
• Collaborate with experienced IT professionals across the business
