Systems Engineer - M365

About the Role

This role will see you become a true partner within our infrastructure Services team, who have an amazing friendly team environment and likes to have a laugh along the way of getting the job done.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to show off your expertise in Microsoft 0365 in a System Engineering position, whilst learning how to support the customer and grow with the business.

This role will be responsible for the configuration and implementation of the Microsoft 365 Suite plus the development of ongoing support systems and processes. A key focus will be to identify opportunities where Microsoft 365 can be leveraged to enable continual improvements and capabilities across our customer.

Responsibilities Include:

•  Develop and implement the Microsoft 365 strategy and service plan.
•  Liaise with stakeholders to analyse, plan, estimate and lead delivery of Microsoft 365.
•  Provide specialist expertise to assist with business process change.
•  Lead the planning and implementation of technical solutions relating to Microsoft 365.
•  Develop technical policies, frameworks, and processes.
•  Lead effective training to users and share knowledge and expertise with team members and stakeholders.

About You:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience of Microsoft 365 Exchange Server & Exchange Online
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD/Entra, SharePoint, OneDrive online, Microsoft Defender & Microsoft Teams
• Experience with PowerShell Scripting, Microsoft Servers, VMware, Hyper-V and Azure is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyse problems and quickly identify solutions

• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
• Australian Citizenship is required
• NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance or ability to obtain one is required.
